1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QueueBos services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using QueueBos's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

QueueBos provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including various communications tools, forums, shopping services, personalized content, and branded programming through its network of properties (the "Service").

You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for QueueBos to provide the Service.

3. Registration Obligations

In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form
  • Maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Privacy Policy

Registration data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. You understand that through your use of the Service, you consent to the collection and use of this information, including the transfer of this information to other countries for storage, processing, and use.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
  • Harm minors in any way
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a QueueBos official, forum leader, guide, or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service
  • Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships
  • Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party
  • Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation
  • Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment

6. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password
  • Immediately notify QueueBos of any unauthorized use of your account or password
  • Exit from your account at the end of each session

7. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities
  • You shall pay all such taxes, levies, or duties
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QueueBos and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Malaysia and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of QueueBos.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QueueBos, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
